Gessimbergue "Gessie" Monteiro is a dual licensed attorney (Florida and Brazil) with vast experience in advising high-net-worth traditional families and prominent entrepreneurs and executives from Latin America in dealing with the U.S. fiscal and legal matters connected with their private wealth and legacy transfer.

As Engagement and Education Director, Lucy Ryan plays a pivotal role in the design and implementation of Family Offices. Working closely with the CEO and special advisors, Lucy ensures the seamless delivery of client services, assisting families in both establishing and recalibrating their Family Offices.

Over the course of ten years at Turim MFO, one of Brazil’s largest independent Multi Family Offices, Isabela had the opportunity to develop the Wealth Planning division, participating in team formation, scope definition, and the execution of complex projects involving multiple jurisdictions, such as immigration and tax residency changes.

Carolyn guides each family through how to frame their family’s needs, introduces innovative concepts and solutions, and sources the appropriate resources to help them achieve their objectives.

This is done from an experienced, independent, and unbiased lens as she will only represent families and their best interests.
